krijg gewoon koppijn als ik in die winkel loop, what a mess. Maar voor de rest mooie kleding enzo, zit er een zara in rotterdam centrum trouwens??

The men department is very kind and the service from the girls there is very good. Much better than the women en kids department. The manager, there I think here name is Vanessa, is a very friendly women.

I bought a pair of trousers, it was dirty but it fits so well that i bought it. Is was during my holiday in Barcelona, when i came home i washed it but when i put it on it was much shorter, so i ring to the Zara shop in Rotterdam and they were telling me that they could not help me because i bought it in Barcelona, well i'm very disapointed because i haven't got a change to were it and to go back to Barcelona wouldn't be an option, i buy very often in your shop and the service has always been very good so i can't understand why they treaded me like this. Stijlvolle kleding met een goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Altijd druk en daardoor is soms wel rommelig.
